JOB VACANCY: RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
TEMPORARY MATERNITY COVER
We are looking to recruit a confident and dynamic person to greet patients and answer telephones in a professional and courteous manner, direct calls, take messages, and provide a first class service to patients of the practice at our busy Bingham Medical Centre. Additional duties will include the undertaking of general administration tasks, pulling and filing of patient notes, handling incoming and outgoing post and accurately inputting data onto our clinical systems to ensure patient records remain current and up to date.
The successful applicant will have an outgoing and enthusiastic personality, flexibility to meet the needs of the organisation, be IT literate and have a desire to grow and succeed within the organisational structure.
The scheduled hours of work are 25 per week
Monday 1.00pm - 7.00pm
Tuesday 8.00am - 3.30pm
Wednesday 1.00pm - 7.00pm
Friday 1.00m – 7pm
(Flexibility to help cover holidays and sickness when needed is essential).
