Repeat Prescription Requests over the Phone

We are keen to focus our resources into the areas that add most value to our patients and support patient safety with embracing technology to manage their own health needs.

As such from 1^st April 2024, we will stop taking telephone calls to order repeat medications. However please be reassured that you have a range of options to order your repeat medications:

Post your request clearly identifying which medication you are requiring. We will have external post boxes at all of our sites. These are secure and are regularly emptied during our opening hours
