THE PRACTICE TEAM
In order to achieve this comprehensive level of services and clinics together with their efficient running, it is important to have a co-coordinated team, including Receptionists and Dispensers, plus:
Our BUSINESS MANAGER, Jon Hermon, is based at the Cropwell Bishop Surgery and is responsible for the business management and administration of the whole Practice, supported by a team of Operations Managers and Team Leaders at each of the three centres.
Our Operations Manager is Denise Bowler.
The Team Leader at Cotgrave Surgery is Helena Arnold.
The Belvoir Health Group employs a team of very experienced, fully qualified RGNs led by our Nurse Manager, Mrs Barbara Shaw.
Practice Nurses are accessed STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT only. The nurses have a responsibility for many health care issues within the Practice that includes appointments for minor illness, raised blood pressure (hypertension), family planning, as well as chronic diseases. Additionally they have responsibility for wound management within the practice setting.
The practice nurses and doctors are supported by fully trained team of Healthcare Assistants.
